Local Impact

During the build and development stage, we have anywhere between 20 and 70 staff on site, many of whom are locally employed tradespeople, cleaners, and subcontractors.

Once doors are open, each of our care homes creates the equivalent of 70 full-time jobs for people in the surrounding area.

We want our homes to be in the heart of the community. That’s why we open up the use of some of our facilities, such as our salons and cinema rooms, to local groups, creating a hub for people to connect with each other and our residents. By encouraging community connections, we can help tackle social isolation for all.

Social Impact

By 2030, there won’t be enough care beds in the UK – even with current build rates.

An ageing population combined with fewer family carers and a housing crisis means that the demand on an already stretched NHS has never been greater.

Our mission is to develop care facilities that reduce pressure on the NHS, free up homes for younger families, and give every resident a comfortable luxury living environment that truly feels like home.
