Morrison Community Care Group was founded in 1989 when Mr Surjit Sokhi and Dr Caroline Sokhi purchased their first care home; Abbotsford House, a multi-award-winning facility in the heart of Bearsden, Scotland.
After many years of developing and operating our own care facilities, we have now fully transitioned into the development space, managing the process end-to-end for land agents, operators, and investors.
We have a unique insight into how to develop best-in-class care homes that help to tackle the growing shortage of care beds across the UK and Ireland.

Each of our developments adheres to the best practice guidelines of our regulators – The Care Inspectorate in Scotland, Care Quality Commission in England and The Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority in Ireland.
We are involved in every project from start to finish; from sourcing the land to innovative design, ultimately developing facilities on time, on budget, and with the necessary accreditations.
