In 2023 we expanded into England and Ireland, and continue to push our expansion by securing new plots of land, in the areas that need care beds most.
We are on track to have created 1,500 purpose built care beds around the UK by the end of 2027.

In November 2025 we handed over our development of 54 luxury care beds in Penicuik (Scotland) to a National Care Operator.
In September 2024 we opened the doors of our latest development in Livingston. In partnership with JV Partners CCG (Scotland) Limited we created 66 purpose built care beds.
